24 hour Order Turnaround
We will process your order within 1 day of receipt for most orders, and ship via USPS for PO Boxes and packages weighing less than one pound. Heavier packages are typically shipped UPS Ground. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your package to arrive. We provide tracking information via email whenever possible. We currently ship within the continental US only. (Orders received after noon PT Friday through midnight PT Saturday may not get processed till the following Monday.)
90 Day Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with a product you bought from us, you may return it within the first 90 days of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price or for an exchange. We ask that you ensure the following:
The product is in new, unused condition
The product has its original tags and packaging
You include proof of purchase
Product returned in worn condition or without its original tags and packaging within the first 90 days of purchase will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase price.
If your product fails to work properly within the first 90 days of your purchase, please contact us via email email@example.com or phone 805-568-5402 to speak with us. We will determine the best way to resolve this as many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranty.

We use this information to verify your billing information, for shipping your order, and, if necessary, to contact you about your order.
